last week, my yaba informed me that they'll be having a party at gerry's grill again on the 18th of October to have this contest called "Ex----- Telesales Idol" and told me that our friend, Anna, will be joining the contest so i got excited when i heard the news.

Saturday came. hanggang 6:00 AM lang ang shift ko since nagfile ako ng PTO for 3 hours. so, konting meeting sa office, daan sa goldilocks para sa pasalubong then i went home na kasi yaba told me that we'll be going to divisoria to shop for some clothes.

ewan ko ba kung bakit hindi ako makatulog pagdating ko sa bahay para makapagpahinga. since walang magawa, i just bought some food for breakfast. sabi ko, hintayin ko nang gumising si yaba. around 10, kumakalam na ang sikmura ko. so, ginising ko na si yaba and showed him my pasalubong then kumain na ako. after that, naligo na kami, kumain ng lunch, we had our haircut then around 2 PM, saka lang kami nakaalis going to divi. much to our relief, hindi naman sya traffic. at pagdating dun, nagpaikot-ikot na kami hanggang sa namili ng mga damit. we bought a bunch of things like pants, shirts and shoes.

just knew that time that the party starts at 8:00 PM. we went home around 6:30. kamusta naman. hagaran. walang tulog. at partida, naligo pa ako. naghuhumagsik na ang mga lyka ugarte ko sa tiil hanggang mag-to the left, to the left na sila.

we got there at gerry's past 8:00 at hindi pa talaga nagsisimula ung program. the organizers let the attendees to dig in and munch their food first before they start the program.

when it started, it was a blast. the contestants did like a production number, singing "One Sweet Day" by Mariah Carey and BoyzIIMen. there were just 2 girls that joined the contest which is Anna and Zelle and their voice? grabe. am running out of words to describe those 2.

anyway, the winner of course is Anna. kantahin mo ba naman with matching a remake yung "Am with you" ni Avril Lavigne eh hindi ka manalo. she really had a jaw-dropping performance. am not exaggerating or what but her performance was really a stand-out.

after the party, as usual. gimik. malate. walang tulog, hagaran. mamatay nalang ako. and for the first time, nakatulog ako sa loob ng bar eventhough it was so noisy because of the music and all the people that was there. it was just 10 minutes but hey, that was the only time i slept during that one whole freakin day. at pag-uwi namin sa boarding house, ayun. i went off the sack then go into a deep slumber kaso i woke up din ng around 10 AM ng Sunday because the sun was so high that time at sobrang init and coz we need to go to my parent's place.

buti nalang pagdating dun, nagluto si mama ng nilagang baka so ang sarap talaga. around 3 PM, nakatulog ulit ako till 11 PM. hay. sarap matulog.

magkaroon pa kaya ako ng weekend na makakapagpahinga ako ng bonggang-bongga?! well, sana...
